Introduction

This page documents the regularly scheduled meetings organized by the Mu2e Analysis Coordinators, which cover topics related to Analysis and Computing. These meetings follow a biweekly cycle, described below. The Week-A/Week-B rotation follows a fixed cycle. If there are conflicts due to public holidays, collaboration meetings, conferences, Fermilab All-Hands meetings etc, the affected meetings are simply skipped and the meeting series will continue two weeks later.

The choice of maintaining a fixed rotation is subject to change by the spokespersons.

Individual meetings may be cancelled when there is no activity to report.

Week A

Day Time (US Central) Topic Contact Comment
Tuesday 10:30 AM Trigger Sarah Demers and Giani Pezzullo Algorithms only
Wednesday 10:00 AM Infrastructure / Analysis Tools Ray Culbertston/ Andy Edmonds and Sophie Middleton
Thursday 10:00 AM General Analysis Coordination Dave Brown and Bertrand Echenard in-depth presentations on physics analysis or Core Group topics (1-2 talks) rotate among different working groups

Week B

Day Time (US Central) Topic Contact Comment
Tuesday 10:00 AM Calibration and Alignment Richie Bonventre
Wednesday 10:00 AM Simulation / Reconstruction Stefano Di Falco / Rob Kutschke
Thursday 10:00 AM Mu2e General Meeting Spokespersons (outside of the Mu2e AC organization)

DocDB, Rooms and Zoom

Typically the DocDB meeting instance for each meeting is created a day or two in advance of that meeting. That page will contain the agenda, the meeting room at Fermilab and the zoom connection information. From time to time we are bumped from our assigned room because the lab needs it for a review. In those cases the docdb meeting page will be updated to show the new room.

Announcements

Most meetings are announced a day or two in advance on the computing-and-software Mu2e slack channel. Sometimes the organizers forget. Cancelation annoucements are sent to the same channel. You should expect that a meeting will take place unless it is explicitly cancelled.

Phasing

To learn the phasing of Week A vs Week B, look at the Mu2e Calendar and look for meetings in the current and previous weeks. Match that to the tables above.
