The proposal common to the Physics/Analysis groups is to use Wiki pages for documentation. A main page will contain the group charges and the link to the subgroups pages. The Simulation Core Group page should contain the link to the Simulation Subgroup pages (Generators, Geant4 and detector description, Other MC codes). The subgroup pages should be managed by the L4 conveners with the help of the L3 convener(s). We can start soon preparing some draft pages under the user area:

To create a new page you can just write a link to it in an existing page and when you click on the link you will be asked to create it. Be sure to include User:[your username with capital first letter] to avoid to create a page in the official branch. Once you login with your Services password you can modify any wiki page created by any user to take care!

To create or edit a page click on Edit on the top right. You can learn the syntax to create lists, header, links or to add pictures just editing an existing page. Exit the edit mode using 'Cancel' to avoid to save unwanted changes.

Since there's no hierarchy in the wiki repository I suggest that we use some prefix to avoid duplicate names (that would mean an overwriting). So each page of the subgroups should start with Sim_Gen, Sim_G4 oer Sim_OtherMC.

The same naming convention holds for the pictures that you can upload using the 'Upload file' menu option on the left.
