When you follow the link, you may be prompted for the username and password of your services account (NOT your kerberos password). From the "Select Affiliation/Experiment" pull down menu you should select "E-973 (Mu2e Muon to ElectronConversion)". In the Institution box, write the name of your home institution. Then click submit. Within a day ( usually less than a few hours ) you should get an email saying that you have accounts on the Mu2e computers. If you do not get this email after one day, send email to Rob Kutschke ( see the Fermilab [http://www-tele.fnal.gov/cgi-bin/telephone.script online phone book] ).

* In the pop-up dialog box enter "MU2E:
* Click Add.
* If you are asked about a primary work location, please include all of the following (the Mu2e Hall is automatically included):
** Lab 3, 35A Shabbona
** IARC
** WH9E
** SILICONE DET FAC
* If your group is also working at another location, please add that as well.
 
 
This will tell the lab that you are now affiliated with Fermilab and will trigger the request for your computing accounts to be created on the Mu2e machines.

New to Fermilab and Mu2e

If you are not registered as a Fermilab user, or your Fermilab ID has expired, please follow the instructions on the Mu2e FermilabID page. This will lead you to an integrated process get a Fermilab ID and computing accounts.

New to Mu2e

If you are joining Mu2e and already have an active Fermi ID, fill out the Update my Affiliation/Experiment/Collaboration Membership Request Form.
