MDC2018

A three-phase production for future studies, driven mostly by the change in positioning of the tracker stations to evenly-spaced and adding a hole through the center of the target.

1. re-run cd3 beams stage 2 through to background frames
2. create mislaligned and mis-calibrated samples
3. create mock electron trigger data with several sources of background tracks
